"I recently had two opportunities to use Twin Construction. I’ve not had a roof redone on my house for over 20 years and was having numerous problems I had put off taking action because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of vetting a whole bunch of roofing contractors which we all know is what we are supposed to do before any big construction project. But I was lucky!It turned out that a friend of mine was on the board of her housing association, and they were going through the process of trying to find a roofer to do the many units in that complex. Her job was to select the vendor. Knowing my friend as I do, I knew she would examine every possible contractor in the local area to get the best possible company at the best possible price! She is ruthless and detail oriented. Yup she checked the big names…, and everyone else as well, and she selected Twin Construction and Mark Mason as their vendor. In addition to good work, she assured me that Mark was a charm to work with and that they cleaned up their mess (yes,all contractors promise this, but few do it). So this fall, without lifting a finger except to dial Mark’s number, I set up a plan to get a new roof. I was surprised to learn there was still time to do it this year! YAY! He started on the project several days after I got the estimate with a crew that was amazing. They worked like dogs from7:30 (promptly) in the morning until 7:30 in the evening. There wasn’t a minute of slacking off by anyone. He has the best crew imaginable. I have a big, old house with a complex roof. They ripped off the whole thing, insulated my house from the top before putting the roof back on and finished up every detail—including the gutters. I am absolutely thrilled and the price of the project was very reasonable. He even told me how to take advantage of all available tax breaks. Well, that’s not the end! A few days later, I fell and fractured my hip When I was in the hospital, my doctors told me I couldn’t go home until I had a ramp into my house so I could enter and exit safely. I called Mark on Sunday evening and asked if he could put in something temporary. It was completed the next day by 3:00, and it was raining all day. I was able to come home safely. I can’t recommend Mark and his company highly enough. Since that call, I’ve had him tend to some other things in my house and will continue to use him for anything house-related as long as he stays in business. As an owner of an older home, there is no end to projects, and I’m delighted to have a firm available to call when needed."

"Mark and his crew where in my area finishing up a project on a townhouse in my association. I asked if they could remove a small tree growing in a gutter on the roof. He said he would send a crew member over when they were done. Before the crew member came, my neighbor was in the process of cleaning out the gutter. The crew member went around to the other side of the house and checked out the gutters. My neighbor said the crew member was very polite and willing to finish the job. I heard Mark had a great crew and this is proof. Thanks Mark and crew!"

"To start this project, Mark asked questions to be sure he understood my RFP to replace cedar shakes with architectrual asphalt on six townhouse buildings. That’s a good first step in my book. After getting the bid, he kept me informed throughout the project, and willing answered all my questions. The project cost was what he proposed. Mark promptly attends to any issues brought to his attention. His crew is great, and very neat, cleaning up everything at the end of every day. The Board of Directors and the homowners are very satisfied with Twin Construction, LLCs work."
